Using the [ CONV ] Key
To perform the conversions described in this section, you must begin by pressing the [ CONV ] key to display the CONVERSIONS menu. Pressing [ CONV ] redefines the function keys and enables you to select from a variety of conversions.
The Conversions Menu
When you press [ CONV ], the CONVERSIONS menu is displayed.
{ MET } - Metric conversions
{ DMS } - Degrees/minutes/seconds to decimal degrees conversions
[ INV ] { DMS } - Decimal degrees to degrees/minutes/seconds conversions
{ ANG } - Angle conversions
{ P-R } - Polar to rectangular conversions
[ INV ] { P-R } - Rectangular to polar conversions
{ BAS } - Numeric base conversions
